Philip Hussey

Philip Hussey serves on the Rural Opportunity Initiative Team helping to conduct research, programming, and partnership initiatives to catalyze investment in rural America. Philip has been actively involved in ROI’s engagement in Opportunity Zone partnerships, helping to organize investor conferences across the country. As a proud and lifelong Mainer, Philip is passionate about spurring sustainable economic development in places beyond the major metropolises. During his time at the McDonough School of Business, Philip interned with i2 Capital, a conservation finance investment group, and currently works part-time for Citi Ventures helping to develop partnerships and products around economic development and climate change.
